Pharma - Salmo PT Vaccine of Paratyphoid - Salmonella - The vaccine is magistral prepared from at least 4 strains, found regularly by racing pigeons.
The compound is enough to help the pigeons to develop immunity to the disease.

Indication: For active immunisation by racing pigeons against symptoms caused by Salmonella Typhimurium.

Treatment:
The vaccine must be injected beneath the skin in the neck. Shake the bottle well before using. Dose: ½ ml /(0.5ml)pigeon.
Don’t vaccinate in infected lofts but give first a paratyphoid-treatment.
Duration of immunity: 12 months

Dosis:
Young pigeons: Salmo PT can be used from an age of 6 weeks.
But if serious problems in occur the loft it can be done again after 3 weeks.

Adult pigeons: The ideal time is after breeding and moulting and at least 3 weeks before pairing. You can vaccinate each year.
Racing pigeons must be vaccinated at least 3 weeks before racing starts.
